Newly Recommended Hotels in Nicaragua

This extraordinarily luxurious and attentively serviced hideaway is spread out on 1,580 acres 90 minutes south of Managua. The four villas have high ceilings, glamorous baths and terraces with views of the distant Mombacho Volcano. With views of distant Lake Managua, this comfortable option is great for an overnight in Managua. Of the 157 accommodations, the Club Floor Double we stayed in had plush full-size beds, a wood-beamed ceiling, a small marble bath and framed local crafts. Restaurants include Factory Steak and Lobster and the more casual The Market. Lively and well-serviced bars and lounges — gathering places for local expats — surround the outdoor lap pool.
