From Amangiri in Utah to Little Dix Bay in Virgin Gorda, this group is traveling for the hotels, cruises, trains and to just plain get away from it all.
Who: Emily, Integrated Marketing Manager
Why: We've been lucky enough to travel out of the country the last several years, so this year, a long trip with our two dogs is on the top of the list. We are thinking West Texas up to Santa Fe and ending the trip at Amangiri, a hotel that has been on my bucket list for a very long time. Just us, the road, our two dogs and listening to Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
Who: Irwin, Chief Technology Officer
Why: Hawaii — My extended family used to go to the Mauna Kea about every four years, but it has been over 15 years since we last visited the islands of Hawaii. My parents are organizing a big family trip to the islands, and we're hoping to explore some of Andrew Harper's nine recommended properties while there. Adriatic Sea — My wife and I are due to really celebrate our wedding anniversary for once. We have always wanted to visit Slovenia, where her grandmother grew up. If we make it over there, we may try to include Venice or the coast of Croatia, which we've heard amazing things about.
Who: Teresa, Travel Consultant
Why: I would like to go on a Silversea, Crystal or Seabourn cruise. Or one of the TCS Expeditions on a private jet, the trans-Siberian or trans-Mongolian train trip. The choices are very unusual and unique, stopping at interesting cities and ports along the way. All would be great experiences to be put on a bucket list as a dream holiday!
Who: Ann, Tour Consultant
Why: Virgin Gorda — I have booked trips for many subscribers at Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda, and I still have not been there myself. I have visited many of the islands but have not been to Virgin Gorda. I can't wait to have the same experience that my clients have had. Paul Gauguin cruise — Tahiti has always been on my bucket list. I plan to start my adventure in an overwater bungalow in Tahiti and then make my way to the cruise.
Who: Joseph, Web Team Developer
Why: Las Vegas is home to Evolution, the world’s largest fighting game tournament. It happens once a year, and I would love to attend.
