Chef Norbert Kostner Decorated

Belated congratulations are in order to Chef Norbert Kostner, a well-known personality among Hideaway Report readers who has been Executive Chef of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok for the past 38 years. H.E. Mr. Michelangelo Pipan, Ambassador of Italy to Thailand, recently conferred the decoration  Cavaliere dell’ Ordine della Stella d’ Italia to Chef Kostner during a private ceremony at the Ambassador’s residence.  The accolade was bestowed in recognition of Chef Norbert’s contributions to the promotion of the Italian image and the betterment of relations between the Italian and Thai people through his work. Well deserved!
