Who: Juliett, Travel Advisor
Insider's Tip: Pre-book the excursions and activities well in advance. Summer is traditionally their low season, but the hotel was at full occupancy and I couldn't get an extra spa appointment.
Overall Impressions: WONDERFUL!
Favorite Moment: Jumping off the 35 ft pole, the Quantum Leap II.
Can't stop thinking about: Saving up to go again.
What to pack: Workout gear. Dinner is very casual; there were people in their bathrobes.
Who: Patti, Telephone Coordinator
Day Trip Suggestions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Coors Field, Estes Park and the United States Mint.
What to Drink: Green Russell.
Favorite Restaurant: Russell's Smokehouse, Denver Biscuit Co. and Snooze. All three have fabulous food and drinks.
Favorite meal: Small pizza place we found East of Time Square.
Who: Robert Davila, VP Research
Favorite Moment From the Hotel: The look on my daughter's face when doorman peeked at baggage tags and greeted me by name, "Hello, Mr. Davila. Welcome to The Peninsula."
Favorite Moment From New York: The family experience of going to see "Les Mis" on Broadway and walking through Times Square.
Overall Impressions: The hotel was very nice; guest services are wonderful. Everyone was very attentive to your needs. Room service checked on us every evening and we were greeted warmly by name each time we returned to the hotel.
