Just Back From | Four Seasons Punta Mita

Two staff members, our Alliance Director Colin Housley and Alliance Coordinator Joyce Jorden, had the privilege of traveling alongside other Andrew Harper colleagues to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita for business. Though the three-night trip kept Colin and Joyce in a handful of meetings, the two embraced their unscheduled blocks of time and rested in the sunshine and pristine accommodations on the beaches of Mexico.

Do you have any insider's tips?

Colin Housley (CH): The ground level one-bedroom suites with plunge pool would be an ideal choice for couples or families with one child. The resort has endless activities for children, even a basketball court.

Joyce Jorden (JJ): Look into the current programs going on through the Cultural Concierge. A wealth of information!

What were your overall impressions of the resort?

CH: All expectations surpassed, especially when it came to service.

JJ: A wonderful property overseen by an engaging general manager and staff. A gorgeous property and location.

What was your favorite moment?

CH: Dinner on the beach our last evening. Several courses of amazing cuisine, which followed a private tequila tasting and instruction, and concluded with s'mores around the fire. An evening I won't forget.

What should you drink when staying at Punta Mita?

JJ: Tequila, like Don Julio 70, which was recommended by the general manager.

What should you pack for a trip to Punta Mita?

JJ: A good book to read while lounging by either the quiet pool or any spot on the beach!
