Silversea is attempting to simplify its fare structure. The new "Silver Privilege" program offers passengers a single price for a cabin, separate from additional air, transfer, hotel and land program charges. These new cruise-only fares will also allow guests to choose a specific suite from among available inventory. Guests will still be able to customize their vacations with optional transfer and touring programs.

The company has also introduced a new fare guarantee for all voyages departing on or after June 1, 2013, effective for new Silver Privilege bookings made on or after November 1, 2013. If Silversea reduces fares on the voyage after a booking has been made, the guest may request an adjustment from Silversea equal to the amount of fare reduction in the relevant suite category.
