New Safari Lodge at Royal Malewane

Royal Malewane in South Africa has long been a favorite destination of Hideaway Report members. It has now been joined by a new safari lodge, The Farmstead, located a short drive away, in an elevated position overlooking the canopy of Greater Kruger National Park.

The property comprises three Luxury Farm Suites and The Farmhouse, a four-bedroom Villa, situated on either side of a central lodge area. Each suite comes with an outdoor shower, front and back verandas and a private pool overlooking the bush. The Farmhouse has a large swimming pool, plus its own private chef, housekeeper and butler. And its fortunate guests will have their own private safari vehicle with a dedicated ranger and tracker. When it opens in May 2019, The Farmstead will be ideal for a small group of up to 14 guests or a multigenerational family safari.
