The Heritage House Resort is a storied property that figured prominently in the 1978 film “Same Time, Next Year” with Ellen Burstyn and Alan Alda. Opened as an inn in 1949 in an 1877 farmhouse, the 48 accommodations are favorably set on 37 acres overlooking a rugged inlet south of Mendocino.
