San Antonio, Texas
Hotel Emma is a distinguished 146-room hotel housed in a brick structure with a central tower and arched windows that was originally a brewery. Its bold and dramatic lobby has exposed brick walls, saddle blanket-style area rugs, hardwood furniture and leather sofas; the brewery’s cast-iron tanks and machinery remain in place.
Washington, Texas
The Inn at Dos Brisas is a serene Spanish Colonial-style hotel on a 313-acre ranch estate on the outskirts of the rolling Texas Hill Country, more than an hour outside Houston.
