Cold Weather Cocktail Series: Pumpkin Ale Shandy

.article-cta-top

Today's cold weather cocktail recipe is a simple beverage inspired by fall. This drink can easily be put together if you have expected (or unexpected!) guests on their way. A classic shandy is typically made with carbonated lemonade and beer but this rendition draws upon the cool, crisp months of fall. In this version, we bring together the colors of the season with a hearty pumpkin ale and fresh orange slices. The rich flavors of pumpkin butter and freshly grated nutmeg add a nice, subtle complexity to the drink.
