Amantaka, Laos "We just returned from a three-day stay in Amantaka. As usual with Aman resorts, specially in Asia, we were not disappointed with this excellent, small and intimate property. Impeccable grounds, great staff, oustanding service, attention to details. I have to specially commend the assistant GM Felipe who took great care of us. Cycling around town in the property bicycles was great fun and the best way to see Luang Prabang. Beautiful sunset Mekong River cruise upon arrival was the warmest welcome."

The Grand Del Mar, California "What a delightful resort! Elegant without feeling stuffy. Addison is a remarkable restaurant. Loved the Harper amenities. The staff and concierge were very professional, yet California casual. The complimentary beach service is one of the best hotel amenities we have ever encountered. We were driven to the gorgeous beach (appx. 15 min.), where beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cold bottles of water were set out for us. Then, at a prearranged time, were whisked back to the hotel. Glorious."

Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado "We just spent five nights at Dunton Hot Springs and our stay was incredible! Dunton's spectacular setting is just one of its features. The food is just amazing — every meal of it — and the staff could not be any kinder and more welcoming. Housekeeping and turndown service is a bit inconsistent, though. For example, when we arrived it appeared as though our cabin's cleaning effort had been interrupted. However, the rest of the service very much makes up for any housekeeping shortcomings. Dunton is truly a magical place. We can't wait to go back."

The St. Regis Princeville, Kauai "The St. Regis Princeville Resort is a beautiful property. The service met our expectations. The food was delicious. There were many positive aspects to our stay. However, probably most importantly, the location reveals a double-edged sword. The property is perched on the cliffs overlooking Hanalei Bay, one of the most beautiful locations in Hawaii. However, during the non-summer months (we traveled in late March), the weather is fickle, and the resort is highly exposed to rain and wind."

Ventana Inn, California "We can attest that the new rooms at Ventana Inn, rebuilt after an unfortunate fire, are spacious, comfortable and romantic. The complimentary wine and cheese enjoyed around a firepit every afternoon was a nice bonus, and we had a very enjoyable dinner at the restaurant. The entire staff at Ventana was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable."

Four Seasons Maui "When we got settled in our room, we turned to each other and agreed that our vacation officially began. The property is amazing. Everything the Four Seasons offered exceeded our expectations."
