Travaasa The recently recommended Travaasa Austin is hosting a New Year's Eve celebration this Monday night with a special dinner at Jean’s Kitchen.  The event includes a multi-course menu prepared by executive chef Ben Baker featuring Texas baked oysters, saffron lobster risotto and quail breast with scallops.
