Chef Alexandre Mazzia’s simply decorated modern bistro in a residential district of Marseille has been a hit ever since it opened in 2014, owing to his intriguingly creative contemporary Provençal cooking. Regularly changing tasting menus are served, but dishes like roast suckling pig with eggplant and combava (an Asian citrus fruit), and red mullet on a bed of broccoli purée with chocolate and cherries, display his inventive cooking style.
