Sra Bua at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski

The Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin, a long-time Harper recommended property, has recently opened a new Thai restaurant. The well-known German chef Tim Raue, owner of an eponymous restaurant in Berlin that was awarded two Michelin stars last year, is opening a new iteration of his Sra Bua restaurant. Mr. Raue's personal take on the flavors of Thailand has seen success in Bangkok, Kitzbühel and St. Moritz.
