Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor's AiravataAccording to Cambodian legend, Indra, the king of the gods and ruler of gold at the summit of Mount Meru in Paradise, rode a white elephant with three heads that was known as Airavata. Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor revives the legend and the mystique surrounding the white elephant with this refreshing cocktail.

The Airavata by Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor

  • 30ml Bacardi Rum
  • 15ml crème de banane
  • 15ml Malibu
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml coconut juice
  • 1 leaf from a Pineapple head, for garnish

Instructions: Put all the ingredients (except for the leaf from the pineapple head) into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until combined and strain into an Airavata mug or other glass. Garnish with the leaf of a pineapple head and straw. Serve immediately.
