Located 45 minutes north of Hobart, The Agrarian Kitchen cooking school is surrounded by an organic farm that provides most of the produce used during lessons. The school is run by Rodney Dunn — the former food editor of Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine and one-time apprentice to star Sydney chef Tetsuya Wakuda — along with a rotating group of Tasmanian cooks and producers. The one- or two-day courses change according to the seasons.
