Longtime Harper favorite Chewton Glen, an 18th-century manor-resort in Hampshire (about 90 minutes southwest of London) has debuted a striking new set of accommodations. Twelve new Treehouse Suites are set in six wooden lodges that rest high on stilts overlooking the broad woodland canopy of the surrounding New Forest. Featuring a crisp and contemporary décor of earth tones, all of the suites have floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows opening onto expansive wraparound balconies. Designed with both couples and families in mind, they have compact kitchenettes, woodburning fireplaces and heated floors. A daily breakfast hamper is included. The new lodgings are located a short stroll or buggy ride from the main hotel. Rates start at $940 a night. For more details, please visit here.
