We are excited to announce our third Signature Tour of 2014, a 12-night exploration of Burma from November 4-16. In addition to three nights aboard Orient-Express’s Road To Mandalay on the Irrawaddy River, we will take our small group on a private boat along Inle Lake to the 17th-century pagoda ruins at Indein. We will also tour the seldom-visited Shan region, where we will explore on foot, by elephant and by raft, including a float trip through the spectacular Malikha River Gorge. All flights within Burma are chartered, avoiding time-consuming commercial schedules. As it opens to the world, Burma is changing with incredible rapidity. Now is the time to see the country in the midst of a historic transformation.
