Originally designed by Stanford White in 1905, this distinguished art deco landmark building is set in the heart of the bustling Theater District. Graciously restored and modernized by Thierry Despont, the 76-room hotel opened in 2010. All accommodations feature a pleasing mix of art deco and modern styles, suede-covered walls, long couches and granite baths with rainfall showers and in-mirror televisions. Themed suites include a team of professional butlers. Additionally, some suites include terraces. The fashionable Lambs Club, overseen by chef Geoffrey Zakarian, showcases modern American cuisine in an atmospheric dining room with a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace and leather furnishings. The comprehensive Red Door Spa includes a gym, a saltwater pool and steam showers. Complimentary bicycles for guests are also available.
