This contemporary 21-story hotel and residential tower houses 147 rooms (13 suites) on the first 10 floors and is located across from the Seattle Art Museum and near the energetic Pike Place Market. Well-designed, Asian-accented lodgings feature custom furniture, large floor-to-ceiling windows, works of classic Northwest artists and marble baths. Goldfinch Tavern, overseen by chef Ethan Stowell, offers Pacific Northwest cuisine in an airy dining room with grand windows and a maritime-inspired design (popular weekend brunch buffet). Additionally, a poolside restaurant offers light fare. The sleek 6,000-square-foot spa has eight treatment rooms and a 24-hour fitness center. The rooftop terrace offers a 40-foot infinity swimming pool with an outdoor fireplace and grand views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, Bainbridge Island and Washington state ferries. Approximately 70% of the energy consumed within the hotel is renewable.
