Our wood-floored Junior Suite overlooked a large rear garden courtyard punctuated with plane trees, a tranquil green space that guests share with local residents. The room’s well-considered layout included a narrow sofa, an ample closet and a bath with a double rainfall shower, a separate tub and heated floors. The small basement spa offers a range of treatments and steam and fitness rooms. This is a discreet and stylish oasis seemingly removed from London’s bustle, with a gracious, helpful staff.
