The five interconnecting hillside buildings contain 30 stylish lodgings furnished with antiques from Penzance. Rooms 1, 5, 6 and 12 open onto private terraces (all accommodations lack A/C). Facilities include a glorious sundeck, a relaxing lounge, a fine indoor-outdoor seafood-oriented dining room, a kids’ playroom, a spa treatment room and a beach club with a juice bar and a seasonal oyster bar. Day sails in Falmouth Bay are offered May to the end of September on the hotel’s classic 46-foot wooden racing yacht. Other activities include clifftop walks and visits to nearby gardens.
