Chef Dario heads the kitchen and serves a daily-changing multicourse menu in the delightful one-star Vivanda; also a fondue restaurant and La Stüvetta for regional specialties. Amenities include a modern bar in a minimalist space with clean-lined furnishings, a sun terrace, a sauna, a swimming pond and a cigar lounge that opens to a small garden. Hiking, mountain biking and golf in summer; skiing, snowshoeing and horse-drawn sleigh rides in winter. Closed April through mid-May and November.
