Accommodations range from the basic Signature, with two queen beds and sunlit baths, to Luxury Garden or LakeView rooms and Hot Tub Cottages, with more-expansive views, gas fireplaces or private gardens with seating areas. Healthful cuisine is prepared with ingredients from the resort’s organic gardens. The sophisticated limestone-and-cedar spa features an inviting café, a hot tub and a pool. More than 15 fitness classes are offered daily, including aqua workouts in the Pool Barn. Other activities include boat cruises, photography workshops, hydrobikes and cooking classes.
