Our chosen Antarctica cruise followed a route from Ushuaia, Argentina, across the Drake Passage to the South Shetland Islands, and then along the coast of the Antarctic Peninsula. In total, we spent 11 days on board. Many Lindblad cruises also incorporate visits to the Falkland Islands and South Georgia Island, adding another week. We opted for the shorter trip solely due to other travel commitments.
