Coastal Resorts

Until recently, the Cambodian coast on the Gulf of Thailand has been relatively undeveloped. Most of the activity has been centered on the town of Sihanoukville a three-hour drive from the capital, Phnom Penh, but the properties do not rank with the seaside resorts of Thailand or Vietnam. That is changing, however, as the creators of Song Saa are already planning to develop other properties, and with crystal waters, palm-fringed beaches and a true sense of being away from the world, coastal Cambodia has enormous potential.
