Originally a brewery, this distinguished 146-room hotel is housed in a brick structure with a central tower and arched windows. The bold and dramatic lobby is highlighted by exposed-brick walls, saddle blanket-style area rugs, hardwood furniture and leather sofas. The brewery’s cast-iron tanks and machinery remain in place. Other public areas include a well-stocked library (for hotel guests only), a bar-lounge with banquette seating in the old fermentation tanks and a delightful bistro-style restaurant, Supper, offering a seasonal menu of New American cuisine. Terrace Rooms feature outdoor seating areas with gas fireplaces and well-lit tiled baths with walk-in showers (no tubs). Opt for one of the seven top-floor suites (four are two-story). Amenities include a gym, Larder for groceries and provisions, a rooftop swimming pool and complimentary cruiser bikes. All guests receive a gratis La Babia margarita upon check-in.
