Romantic and picturesque bed-and-breakfast set within a magnificently restored 18th-century mansion with only five guest rooms. The elegant Grand Salon is ideal for lounging and features a woodburning fireplace, herringbone oak parquet floors, powder-blue walls, a collection of antique Delft pottery and 250-year-old rococo murals. Our delightful accommodation came with a small reading room decorated with a Directoire-style chandelier and marble fireplace, a balcony and a huge bath with a soaking tub, separate rainfall shower and dual vanities with a limestone countertop. Breakfast only. No on-site swimming pool, spa or fitness facility. Essentially, this an extremely sophisticated guesthouse that encapsulates the historic character of both Ghent and the Flemish Region.
